Einfach super!

Wir haben sehr freundliche Vermieter, eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung vorgefunden. Modern, hell und schön gelegen

Es handelt sich um eine sehr geräumige, modern eingerichtete und ausgesprochen helle Wohnung, die überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet ist. Der Check-In war ganz unkompliziert organisiert, die Wohnung ausgesprochen sauber. Aus dem Wohnbereich und von der nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse ist der Blick zwar nicht völlig unverbaut, aber man kann sehr schön auf die umliegenden Hügel blicken. Man wohnt hier wirklich sehr ruhig, weshalb der dadurch bedingte kleinen Nachteil, nämlich dass man zu Fuß etwa 15-20 Minuten bergab unterwegs ist, bis man den örtlichen Supermarkt bzw. einen Bäcker erreicht, kaum ins Gewicht fällt (mit Auto geht es natürlich schnell). In gleicher Entfernung liegen zwei italienische Restaurants (durchaus empfehlenswert) und zwei Imbisse. Viel mehr sollte man vom Ortszentrum nicht erwarten. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, insbesondere zum Wandern, eignet sich der Ort aber sehr.

Heerlijk huisje

Heerlijk huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huisje staat in een prachtige omgeving waar je heerlijk tot rust komt. De eigenaar is heel toegankelijk en lost bij een probleem het meteen op. Top!

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht, ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Wir wurden mit Getränken und einer kleinen Osterüberraschung willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Heppenstiel war völlig unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Auch wenn Eibelshausen relativ unspektakulär ist, gibt's im Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, genügend Restaurants und ganz besonders viel Natur zum Wandern und Radfahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten einen schönen Urlaub hier verbringen.

Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben

Die FeWo ist identisch wie auf den Fotos eingerichtet, sehr schön und sauber. Für einen Urlaub, ohne Rechnung sehr zu empfehlen. Benötigt man eine Rechnung für eine Firmenübernachtung wird dies schon schwieriger, da die Vermieter das noch nicht kennen. Lieber vorab nachfragen ob eine Rechnung ausgestellt wird. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfekt, wie abgebildet

Ruhig gelegen an einer steilen Straße, schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick, ansprechend eingerichtet, alles wie auf den Bildern, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, netter Vermieter. Nicht erschrecken, es handelt sich ehr um eine Ferienwohnung im Hang. Obendrauf sind 2 Garagen. Wir haben in der Zeit jedoch gar nichts davon gehört, es war alles sehr ruhig. Für den Sommer absolut perfekt. Wir waren im Dezember dort. Es war auch schön warm. Die Wärmepumpe ist jedoch an der Hauswand befestigt. Das brummen hat mich persönlich in der Nacht gestört. Ich bin aber auch sehr geräuschempfindlich. Im Sommer würde ich aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn es sich anbietet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine Woche in schöner Umgebung

In einem ansprechenden Ambiente haben wir eine Woche bei gutem Wanderwetter verbracht. Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren in der Wohnung vorhanden - wir konnten sogar unsere E-Auto aufladen! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

Alles war perfekt

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war für uns sehr geeignet. Die Küche war auch sehr sauber und Das Schlafzimmer war auch gemütlich. Die Stadt war wirklich ruhig und die Aussicht war sehr schön. Der Host war auch sehr nett und erklärte im Detail. Vielen dank!:-)

mooie nette vakantiewoning

Met twee grote slaapkamers, mooie woonkamer, keuken en badkamer voldoende ruimte voor ons drie (volwassenen). Daarnaast een terras met mooi uitzicht en het geluk dat we goed weer hadden. Tevens een omgeving om te gaan wandelen en in het dorp bij Piccola Pompei is het goed eten. Ontvangst is vriendelijk, de woning netjes.
