The hotel is very stylish and fun in both design and attitude - although the small checkin desk is oddly located and its twisting hallways can take a bit getting used to. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff is very courteous and attentive.
The lounge and rooftop have lots to offer and the views from the rooftop lounge are excellent; as are the drinks, food and incredible drag brunch show on Sundays. The pool however is odd; with its glass wall facing the roof patio, it feels more like an aquarium for the lounge and its far smaller than it appears in photos.
The hotel is perfectly located, but be warned that the Av. Insurgentes is very busy and Very Loud. If you are on one of the first 7 or 8 floors facing that street, you may have a hard time sleeping. The rooms facing towards the opposite side of the city are much much quieter (i say this because we had to change rooms). So be warned.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Mexico City. The central location made it easy to explore, and there were plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. It was a convenient place to stay while visiting the city.

Great property. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and welcoming. The beds were firm and comfortable. I especially loved the blackout curtain and the shower, and the size of the room.
