Room 104 window lock is broke, make sure the bar is secured in the window so no access can be gained from the outside. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff. Plenty of food options and shopping within walking distance.

Good Basic Accommodations

Nice hotel, well maintained, helpful staff, economy room had comfortable Queen bed, big wall mounted TV, large ‘frig, plus desk & chair. Just off the main highway near a lot of shopping areas including a Walmart. Good place for an overnight stop or as a base for a longer stay in the Escanaba area.

Charged the card you reserved with automatically. 1st time that’s ever happened to me when I choose “pay at hotel” Hotel itself was fine, room was clean, little outdated. Breakfast area was tiny, like 1 person can get food at a time tiny, selection was minimal. Probably would find a different place to stay next time.

This is a very basic hotel, but it's clean and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. This works for us as we don't have small children and when we are visiting our family in the U.P., this place is perfect for us.
