"Great hotel on a quiet street in Palma, but super close to all the best restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and hospitality of everyone was great. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I had a fantastic stay at the Protur Naisa Palma Hotel. The amenities were excellent, modern, and well thought out, making the whole experience very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight – fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, especially impressive given the great value for the price. The location is also unbeatable, right in a beautiful part of Palma with everything easily accessible. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel that delivers far beyond expectations. I’d highly recommend it and would happily stay again!"
"Great location, most sites walkable within 15 minutes, lots of bars & restaurants within 2-3 (but still quiet).
Staff friendly and keen to help, but sometimes slightly not on point (eg waited a bit too long for drinks we ordered, the cap on my shower soap dispenser hadn't been removed causing me to have to do a work around until I could get hold of the cleaner, and of course you only discover these things when actually in the shower!). Staff Probably just stretched as they were friendly and helpful.
Rooms a bit small, but hey, this is a very central property and anyway you are out exploring mst of the day.
Great bang for the buck when compared to similar properties (maybe they have bigger rooms?).
