"This location was an overall amazing stay! Nice and quiet, with a very cozy atmosphere both inside and out. Along with the homeowner, Mrs. Janet, being super responsive and attentive during the entirety of my stay. The next time I come back to Erwin, I'll have to make sure I book this location for my next stay!"

"Great place to stay for a couple visiting their student at ETSU."

"This house had everything a large family could want. A secluded (but not isolated), beautiful large yard both front and back. A river, bamboo forest, old growth trees and large covered porch with ample seating and table. I wish we had longer to stay to enjoy a nice campfire in their rustic fire pit. It looks like a great fishing spot as well though I didn't have time to try. Shopping wasn't to far away so a plus there as well. The house itself was large had a nice sized kitchen, family room...

"We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's cottage. The cottage has many great updates, while maintaining the charms of a mountain home. The location and the view from the front porch are lovely. We enjoyed cooking in the remodeled kitchen. Our dog loved our walks on the property, as well as hikes we took throughout the region. One of the best places I have stayed!"

"This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. "
