Nice Hotel, Service Needs Improvement
"The hotel was very nice, large rooms, all of the amenities. The staff however, while friendly and aiming to please, were not well trained. The majority seemed very young and inexperienced. When I voiced my concerns with the front desk, they went out of their way to make up for the short-comings."

ONLY ISSUE is you cannot leave the property to go to dinner or to the beach without paying 110 euros to get there and back. They should have a shuttle to Comporta but do not. No elevator, still in early startup mode - no pool
"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. ..."

"Great location! Check in was easy, the kitchen is well equipped and smartly located next to the outdoor dinning. Plenty of room in the garage…we allocated three cars. The house has very good size, living room, kitchen and bedrooms are large and comfortable. We spent great family time"
