"Wonderful! Extremely happy with our stay. The room was so clean and welcoming. The staff was so friendly. There was a gym with just the right amount of equipment. The pool was lovely. "

It seemed like most were having to come back to either get their key card updated or they had no toilet paper in their rooms. They didn't bother giving me a key card, at that point. Just a code - which was fine. Would I stay here again? - no"

"The staff was the best part of this stay. The room looked clean when I first got in but after being there I started seeing just how superficial the cleaning job had been. The bathtub had rust around the drain and the floors were clean in the middle of the walkway around the bed but really dirty along the walls. I felt down right lucky there was a box of tissues in the room. "
