"Double room with AC, the spring beds are really old, sagging and have not been replaced for years. The bathroom smelt of fags all the time. No kettle to heat up water for infants or make tea. "

"Hotel has been modernised, and very centrally situated in business area. Great for a day or so but rooms are a bit small for a longer stay. Restaurant meal selection is quite limited but are well priced. This is a two and a half star hotel and is good value for money, and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful."

"The bathroom had a hole in the wall open to the outside and was not clean or safe. One bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us. The room was tiny, did not seem to match the pictures. Breakfast was cold though we were there at the appropriate time. Staff tried hard but there were constant language issues even with Hindi and English. We left with several nights already paid for because we just couldn’t stay in that environment. Do not recommend!"
