"We had a wonderful experience at Gold Reef City. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, great food. An added benefit was the access to the park on each day of our stay. They have some great rides which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. A memorable stop on our family vacation."

"The staff is nice but they advertised a full kitchen, coffee and tea makers, etc. they don't even have cups. I brought my own coffee and just needed a cup for hot water and they said they don't have any at all and there's nothing they can do. Why would they advertise a kitchen with no dishes or utensils? Why would they advertise coffee and tea makers with no cups to drink them? Even when I pushed it they said they won't do anything. Also while there was a small fridge in my room the only power outlet in the entire room including the bathroom was where the fridge was plugged in so I couldn't even use the fridge if I wanted to charge anything. The accommodation is fine but don't expect to be able to use the kitchen, fridge, coffee/tea maker."
