"The staff at Mt McKinley Princess Lodge are our heroes! It is a big property and after being in a cabin at Denali Park, that was a bit overwhelming. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice. But the staff was incredible to us.. We had a rental car and the key fob went bad. It wouldn't open the car. On Sunday night at 8pm, we went to the front desk and three people were trying to help us. . .looking up you tube videos, finding another battery for it in their shop, etc. It was a strange key fob with no actual key in it. The manager, Carissa, made multiple phone calls and the guys at the shop not only found and brought the replacement battery over, they drove us back to the car and waited while we tried it and they also tried it themselves. Still didn't work. This was 130 miles from Anchorage with no good options. The rental company had to tow a replacement car up from Anchorage which took most the night. Still, at 3:30am the security guy led them to the car and waited with us until it was all done. I give 10 stars to the wonderful staff!"

"We stayed at this AMAZING cabin for only two nights. It was our home base while we played in Denali NP. Clean. Cozy. Beautiful scenery.Our only complaint is that there were no window screens in the bedrooms to let the nice breeze in whilst keeping the the mosquitoes out, so it got pretty toasty at night.Mike was incredibly thoughtful at getting us directions for a clear Denali view (first clear day after three days).10/10 would still recommend!!"
