Can be improved

The reception was very welcoming. The room was clean and impressive. The bed had clean sheets. The place was quiet, and the Wi-Fi was stable. I felt very safe, as I could park my car behind a remote-controlled gate. However, there were a few minor details that could be improved. A desk would be a convenient addition to the room for working or writing. The toilet seat was installed too high, making it uncomfortable to use. The tap in the bathroom was loose and too large for the cabinet, and the shower was higher than it should be and too big for the shower space. The two bedside table lamps were also too large for the tables. I would appreciate it if the establishment could address these small details to enhance the comfort and convenience of the room for guests. Additionally, I would like to clarify a discrepancy regarding the complimentary breakfast. The package includes free breakfast, but the establishment claims this is a mistake. I kindly request that this matter be rectified. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

They can do better

The mini fridge in the two single bed room isn't working. It has a heavy smell when you open it. The one bedside lamp isn't working either. The basin tap isn't fixed.

It was a beautiful stay. Check in and out was seemless, food was normal English breakfast but unfortunately cold. Friendly and professional staff.

Good for a Stop Over

Area and entrance to the guesthouse looks a bit dodgy and dark. Welcome at reception was great and must compliment the staff that work there as they are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and bathroom was massive. Not very modern but comfortable. Breakfast was average.
