Newly furnished 2 room apartment centrally

This apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and lovingly furnished.
It consists of two bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
In one bedroom is a comfortable sofa bed 1,40 x 2,00 m for the fifth or 6. Person.
The large kitchen with modern seating area offers enough space for cooking and sitting together.
Quiet location but still conveniently located in the city triangle Erlangen / Nuremberg / Fürth.
The living room
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge and freezer.
Our apartment is a non smoking apartment. Smokers can enjoy their cigarette on the large sun balcony with a beautiful view of the communal garden.

The apartment will be handed over by us personally and taken back.

Newly Furnished

Great place to stay, it is exactly as advertised and the host is great. There is a supermarket next door and in a very quiet neighborhood. Driving or taking public transportation into Nuremberg is quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place. The designated parking space is an added bonus.

Great Place and Convenient!

Stayed here while visiting son in Erlangen. Was very clean and had a bus stop right out front along with a grocery store next door. Kitchen had everything we needed to use. Nice balcony also. Unit was quiet and our hosts were very wonderful to help us! Thank you so much again!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Fahrstuhl und eigenem Parkplatz. Genau daneben ist ein Edeka, eine Apotheke, sowie eine Bushaltestelle. Zum Playmobil Fun Park oder nach Nürnberg sind es ca 25 Minuten.Die Wohnung selbst hat sehr gutes Wlan, drei Fernseher, Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Eisfach.... Es ist alles vorhanden und die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr sauber!Das Bad und die zwei Zimmer haben alles was nötig ist und lassen keine Wünsche offen. In dem einen Zimmer sind zwei Einzelbetten und in dem anderen zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch, sodass insg. sechs Personen dort schlafen können. Wir sind zu fünft angereist (3 Generationen) und es hat prima gepasst für uns! Der Kontakt ist super, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und gehen schon Vorab auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste ein :-) Wir kommen wieder! Liebe Grüße

Die Fewo ist großartig: sie befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus direkt neben einem Edekamarkt mit Bäckerei. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener PKW-Stellplatz.Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Erlangen, nach Nürnberg ca 20 Minuten.Die Wohnung ist sauber und durch zwei mit Türen getrennten Zimmern mit Betten auch gut für Paare mit Schnarcher…

Heiße Tage in Tennenlohe

Bei sehr schönem Wetter haben wir die Umgebung von Tennenlohe inkl. des nahe gelegenen Freibads genutzt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr geräumig mit einem schönen Balkon. Auch bei großer Wärme konnte man durch querlüften die Räume gut herunterkühlen.Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch!

Wohnung sauber, alles dabei was man brauchte.

Dir Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich , auch die Mädels konnte in das grosse Zimmer gut schlafen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es war alles dabei was man brauchte, die Bushalte Stelle ist auch in der Nähe , auch ein Edeka kann man bei ca 100 m erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder die Wohnung mieten.

Ferienwohnung fuer Ausfluegler

Von hier aus kann man hervorragend Ausfluege in die Umgebung starten oder einfach ins Zentrum nach Erlangen. Busanbindungen direkt vor der Tuer, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen um dem Trubel der Start zu entfliehen. Alles in allem ideal um ein paar Tage zu entspannen.

Schöne Wohnung mit perfekter Infrastruktur

Eine für Familien mit kleineren Kindern sehr praktische und saubere 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit funktionaler Küche inkl. Essbereich. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines grossen mehrstöckigen Hauses aus den 1960-er Jahren, ist aber insgesamt relativ ruhig. Gute Anbindung nach Erlangen (5 km) und Nürnberg (20 km) inkl. Fahrradweg (Fahrräder kann man in einem Fahrradkeller abstellen). Grosser Supermarkt mit Bäcker vor dem Haus, eigener PKW-Parkplatz, Apotheke, Bank und Bushaltestelle Richtung Erlangen-Zentrum ebenso. TV und WLAN stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Im Keller kann man eine Münz-Waschmaschine mit Trockner nutzen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ideales Basislager für Erlangenbesuch

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen viertägigen Aufenthalt mit unserer vierköpfige Familie gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Äußerst praktische Lage für uns, zentral in Tennenlohe und neben dem Edeka. Wohnung ist schön renoviert und komplett ausgestattet, inkl. zwei Fahrrädern, die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und umgänglich. Wir werden bei Gelegenheit auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diese günstige und zweckdienlich-schöne Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Perfekt für kurze Aufenthalte

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern eine Woche in der Wohnung. Hierfür war die Wohnung perfekt. Sie war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und groß genug für 4 Personen. Durch viele weitere Parteien in dem Haus, ist es manchmal etwas lauter gewesen, es war aber okay. Direkt neben dem Wohnhaus gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Perfekt für die Versorgung vor Ort. Tennenlohe selbst ist ein sehr ruhiger und schöner Teil von Erlangen. Auch ein Wald für Spaziergänge ist nicht weit weg. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfekte Lage

In Tennenlohe wohnt man perfekt für Touren zwischen Nürnberg und Bamberg. Die Wohnung liegt so gut, dass man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß Supermarkt, zwei Bäcker, Eisdiele und Apotheke erreichen kann. Sehr gute Idee: Zwei Fahrräder gehören zur Wohnung.
