"The room was nice and spacious and generally presented well but there were a couple of things that concerned me such as the dried up milk pots and graffiti on the wall. I would also say the hotel need to consider getting better pillows and bedding as they were just too flat. Shower was good, plrenty of hangers in the wardrobe and working fridge. TV reception was a bit ropey. Bonus was the heated floor."

"Nice Hotel.The staff were pleasant and Friendly.Excellent choice for Breakfast.Location was excellent as well. Hotel was quiet at night so got a good night sleep.I would definitely come back here again."

"7th floor rooms aren’t very convenient as You need to take 2 separate lifts at opposite ends of a corridor to access your room. During my stay, one of the only 2 lifts to 7th floor was out of action so getting to and from breakfast in the mornings took too long. I tried taking the stairs but once in The stairwell, you can’t get out except thru emergency fire exit doors on ground floor to the street - I couldn’t get back into the rooms corridor. Other than this the room was as great. Pretty basic amenities in the room eg combined body wash and shampoo not separate; no moisturiser, rooms don’t have an iron and the iron I was given had cracked metal base which snagged my dress! It’s auto checking in and checking out so great if you’re on business and dont want to queue for reception etc. "
