Located near downtown in an eclectic neighborhood, this large home is just blocks away from parks, colleges, hospitals, businesses, and 10-15 minutes from everything else Erie and Presque Isle attractions have to offer.
4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms accommodate up to 12 guests in a classic and stylish 1910-built home. The primary suite features a king size bed. Two additional bedrooms feature queen size beds. A bunk room for six is a perfect spot for the kids.
A fully equipped kitchen, large back deck for grilling and entertaining, and a big front porch allow you to have all the comforts of home, while away!

We were in town for the marathon at Presque Isle. This house was 10 min away. The house has been completely redone…VERY WELL. I can’t say anything bad about the house itself. Neighborhood is…eh, but I didn’t fear for my life like the last review that was posted…lol. There is a church across the street. Everything in this place was done 1st class and the communication was outstanding!! Would definitely stay here again!
