The only thing that we didnt like was there was no mirror in the sleeping area to do hair or put make up on. The staff was very nice.

Upon arrival at 4:00 (check-in is 3:00), they gave us the wrong room. They changed our reservation from a king to a queen suite. They corrected it, but we had to wait 20 mins for them to get the room ready. The hand soap bottle was empty, the bathroom not fully clean. Leftovers found in the fridge. Desks/counters dusty. Disappointed overall. The location is good, close to shops, eateries, all within walking distance. Staff was friendly and it was quiet on the plus side.

Place was very clean, name brand amenities, complimentary coffee and fruit, and dead stack in the middle of everything great about Erie. Never drove more than 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do or see.

It needs a deep clean. Someone else’s hair was on the wall of the shower and the bathroom had a general grubbiness where you could tell the floor wasn’t cleaned properly. The pool is small and was full of children who did not care about sharing and being respectful of others. The staff were friendly.

Loved the place. Only complaint is the fridge is loud (not enough to complain) and no Netflix or wifi tv. So clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. One of my best hotel experiences!

My fav hotel in Erie for sure!! Great staff. My first room had a weird smell coming from the ac so they moved our room, no questions asked. Kids loved the pool.

They only had 1 staff member there at all times. No towels at the pool and extremely restricted hours at the pool as well even tho the sign said 6am-10pm. No toilet paper in the lobby bathrooms. The room was ok. It was large and pretty clean. I certainly would not use anything in the kitchen tho. I did appreciate that they had five products in the bathroom. But with our overall experience I would not stay here again. There are too many choices in a place like Erie.

The place was clean, the suites are nicely set up, with lots of desk space (which I need) and a galley. But the bulb over the bathroom mirror was out, my room wasn't serviced (though I stayed two nights) and from 1am to 3:30am there was a loud party in the next room (folks kept trying to come through the connecting door) and though I complained to the front desk, nothing was done.

Room was huge. Pool was nice for the kids and husband, I thought it was little cold but I'm always cold lol. Heater in bedroom worked but not main living area. Most outlets had something in them so couldn't use them. So had to make do with what ones we could use. The staff was so nice. Gave us extra pillows n sheets and blankets for the pull out couch. Shower was nice and warm and bathroom was very spacious. Kitchen area was nice and tons of space. Only set back was the outlets. Would so stay again though. We had 1 king bedroom and that was super spacious. Weekend stay was nice. Though be nice if exit and entrance had different outlet that wasn't on main busy one way road. But doesn't take away from how great this hotel and staff are.

There were bags of trash in the hall all weekend. They were the same bags as when I arrived to when I left. The elevator had a water bottle on the floor all weekend. I took my own lysol wipes and lysol spray for the room. The elevator floors were not clean at all. The front desk staff tho was super friendly and polite and knowledgeable.

The walls are paper thin. During one night I heard sex, a scary movie, people stomping around all night so much that my entire room was shaking, and little kids using the hallway as a racing track. I did not rest well. Besides that the comforter was a bit dirty, like there were smudges on it could be blood could be poop who knows. But it’s reasonably priced and has easy access to restaurants and stores and main roads, so it’s at a convenient location. Also there is fitness room, a pool, washing machines, and a nice convenience area to make coffee and grab food and such.

Utterly Disgusting

I booked this hotel through a third-party vendor. The room was supposed to be to double queen beds. When I arrived, I was providing my keys, checked into my room and realized it was only one queen bed for three guest. I went to the desk and explained my concern. The front desk staff told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if there was a pull out or cot available, and was told that there were none available. The woman at the front desk appeared to be very overwhelmed and flustered as numerous guests came and were turned away because third-party vendors overbooked the hotel. Other guests complained about the conditions of the rooms to no avail. Let’s get to the room itself. Although the hotel is a non-smoking facility my room smelled like cigarettes smoke. The bathroom was filthy and moldy. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE traveling with family and animals.

All the dishes and utensils were in the dishwasher dirty when I arrived. Food in little store was sparse—poor selection. No carts available at checkout. I’ve been at much nicer Candlewoods. Nice fellow checked me in, but you needed at least 3 of him to take care of all the management deficits!
