"We stayed in what I believe is a recently renovated room. The room was stunningly beautiful and spacious, exuding a sense of cleanliness and organization. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large mirror and excellent lighting that provided the perfect ambiance for my skincare routine and makeup. If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation. "

"I needed to extend my stay and the owner/manager is a shyster and cheated me out of $20, lying to me saying i had received a multi day discount and his rate was better than Expedia. I believed him, extended my stay direct with the property, and it wasn’t when I checked later! I walked into the kitchen looking for a knife and fork after hours and was astounded by the filth and disorder from what I saw. That place would massively fail a health inspection and I’ll never go back. I strongly encourage you to pass this place by and stay anywhere else!"

His warmth snd understanding turned around a disaster of a day. Praise for the local suggestions, a clean and well maintained hotel, and warm staff."

"A wonderful time! Everything we needed TY so very much. All floor mats were cleaned, some bedding is cleaned (those are on the kitchen counter folded) some are in dryer & washer still. And one more load on floor next to washer still to do, everything else is clean and put away. Bathroom trash was put in kitchen just needs taken out! Have a blessed day thank you for hosting us on our week vacation! We really enjoyed everything! And yes we did put trash out to the curb on Sunday as well. Take care."
