"Room and facilities were adequate but below my expectations for “Buffalo’s only 5-star hotel”. Shower was very nice with several fun options for alternate shower heads and strong water pressure. I had an 8am flight out and the valet didn’t open until 7am (no one told me this when I checked in with complimentary valet) and the front desk person had no idea how to get my car keys at 6:15am. After 30 minutes we finally were able to get the keys to head to the airport and I almost missed my flight."

"Only stayed one night, but nice hotel. Staff was great, in-hotel restaurant is very good. Room very quiet, interesting neighborhood with things to do without having to make a plan."

"The room wasn’t very clean when we got there. The sheets for the sofa bed where dirty and we head to request clean ones. Staff didn’t speak much English so very hard to comunícate."

"This is a true Guesthouse, similar to a hostel, but with private rooms. It is old, but, lovingly cared for by the owner and staff. Private toilet and tiny sink comes with the room. There is a shared shower down the hall. I did not have to wait to shower. This is not luxury, but, it gets the job done, and you'll be happy because the price is right. Also, there are really nice fellow travelers that you will get to meet in a way that is totally different than at a standard hotel. I would stay here again."
