"Great"

"This is an old facility in disrepair. Peeling paint, cracked door trim, thin and uninsulated walls you can hear everything. Cheap floor tile looking like laminate and adhesive wasn't used. Broken hairdryer. Sparsely furnished. I expected at minimum a "nice" room for the price. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Hotel has that "old" smell and i think a homeless person was enjoying the free "breakfast " - which was a choice of two cold cereals and toast. Luna, who checked us in, was polite, professional and efficient. "

"Attractive and clean, room and bathroom were great. Great value. They are currently remodeling some restaurant kitchens which limited the menu and service when we stopped in for breakfast. Casino was bright and pleasant but we were more into the lodging side of things."

"The only reason that I booked this “hotel” was the pool. On Expedia by searches always include breakfast and pool when the booking was confirmed. The confirmation picture is a shot of the pool when I arrived to check in at about 10 PM. I was met in the lobby with a sign that says pool is closed. Please be understanding. We will let you know when it is fixed when I inquired as to if it would be running tomorrow they said it wouldn’t be till next week, I asked how long it had been closed. They said it have been closed for the previous few days. The pool was closed when I made my booking the hotel did not update Expedia on this issue nor did they contact me so when I arrived too late to find other accommodations, there was nothing I could do. On top of that, the second floor on the south side walkway is slanted, and my family was fearful that it would fall off of the building. Breakfast was OK could definitely be improved. Overall, this location does not meet the standard that I’ve come to expect from Quality Hotels"
