Staff was very rude. Rooms are super small, but very clean. Breakfast was good. Asking the front desk staff anything was always an issue. It's like they hate their job or just hate helping people.

Dorma Saldanha is a centrally located hotel just a short distance away from the airport by Metro. I paid only €1.90 to reach there from the airport. Staff was very helpful, attentive and respectful. Breakfast was amazingly excellent. Housekeeping staff was also very nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and the views were excellent. Overall, it was a very positive experience to stay at this hotel and I recommend this hotel to anybody going to Lisbon.
