Service makes the difference
The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team!

Cute little place
This was a cute and quiet little hotel right on the beach. The cute part being the outside, not so much the room. The room was clean so we had no complaints, but for the price you would expect to get something a little nicer. There was a man at reception that knew his stuff and was very helpful. He also spoke English very well. When the lady came in to replace him and we had a couple of questions for her, she couldn't really understand us. The staff at breakfast were the worst. They don't leave the cutlery out for you to take. Instead, the staff is supposed to supply you with cutlery, which they never did. They were always hiding in the back room and talking. They never offered us a coffee or anything. We even ended up putting the spread on our toast with a spoon because we got tired of waiting (the spoons are the only thing they leave out). The staff at lunch (at the adjoining hotel) was very friendly and helpful, although service still took a while because he was the only one on the floor. Overall not the best service, not the greatest location either. If you're looking to just relax on the beach, this is the place for you.

Lovely beachside resort
This was a perfect spot to enjoy the beach and also take the cable car up the mountain to scenic and quaint Erice.

I Mulini Resort
We hated everything about this hotel so much that we left after only one night even though we had pre-paid for three nights. It should be listed as a 2 star hotel. It is dirty and the area smells horrible.

Great room, poor location.
When we arrived there at 12.30 we were told to come back at 4.30 to check in, this is after a 4km walk from the port to the hotel in 28degree heat. The iMulini section of the hotel is very impressive, our room was really nice and you have use of a small pool sperate from the main part of the hotel. The Breakfast was good. If you have a car it's a perfect place to stay, if not I'd look for somewhere else closer to town although there is a decent restaurant/pizzeria across the road!!

lovely spot by the beach but much futher out than what was stated on the map+was impossible to get a taxi. also there was a water leak in bathroom+staff were not too helpful with this. floor was covered in water+there were no offers of assistance or compensation

Good Stay But...
We had a wonderful stay except for 2 key problems. First there were stray dogs everywhere and they would get into the area the resort was in. When they got in they were locked in in the evening so at 5:30 am the dogs would bark and wake you up. This was not pleasant because every time you think you could go back to sleep they would bark again and keep you up. I am a pretty light sleeper, but this still should not have happened. The second problem we encountered was that there were kids that ran around and would scream around the breakfast area which is where our room was. This was not the hotels fault but they could have said something to the parents of these children.

Superbe situation
Très bel endroit, la chambre était très confortable. Un bémol: la salle de bain était très mal équipée. Il n'y avait pas d'endroit pour poser ses affaires, pas de barre pour faire sécher ses serviettes de bain.

Et overraskende fredeligt sted næsten midt i byen
Hotellet ligger tæt på byen og lige ud til havet. Det er en gammel ombygget mølle smagfuldt indrettet. Minus man skal til nabohotellet under samme ledelse for at spise ud over morgenmad og der er temmeligt lydt, samt wifi virkede kun ude i fællesområdet. Det ændrede dog ikke på at det var en særdeles god oplevelse at bo på hotellet samlet set og prisen var umådelig favorabel

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte come sosta a trapani prima di iniziare il mio tour ed ho trovato molto piacevole la sua posizione sulla spiaggia che mi ha permesso di godere di qualche ora di mare anche arrivando dopo le 16

Confortevole!
Situato in una posizione tranquilla, permette di raggiungere facilmente le località come Trapani centro ed Erice antica. La struttura è affacciata al mare e gode di un bel verde, di una piccola piscina ed un incantevole panorama delle isole Favignana e Levanzo. Il personale è cordiale e riservato. I Mulini sono ben ristrutturati e puliti. Abbondante la colazione.

Wunderschönes "sunset beach"
1. schöne private Strand : Sandstrand, klares Wasser, Liegestuhl & Sonnenschirm, F&B Service am Strand, also perfekt! 2. komfortabele Zimmer : immer saubare Bade- u. Handtücher und Bettwäsche, keine Probleme mit heißes Wasser, gute Klimaanlage, dazu noch kleine Küche 3. ein Haus mit rustikaler Style in der großzügigen und ganz ruhigen Hotelgelände 4. im Hotel kein Restaurant, aber in der Nähe gibt es zwei Taverna, ein Bistro, eine Bäckerei und Fischmarkt 5. nette Leute :-) !!

Gutes Hotel zum Streßabbau
Das Hotel ist für alle zu empfehlen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Das Gelände ist weitläufig und bietet genügend Rückzugsbereiche. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Der Pool ist nur zum erfrischen, schwimmen lässt sich darin leider nicht wirklich. Das Frühstücksauswahl war ausreichend. Am hoteleigenen Strandabschnitt standen immer ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu Verfügung. Das Umfeld war leider nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Altstadt von Erice verströmt italienisches Flair; die Fahrt mit der Seilbahn dorthin bietet einen beeindruckenden Ausblick.

Vaihdoimme hotellin Baio Muliniin, koska Mulini Resort ei vastannut mitään odotuksiamme. 4 tähteä on liikaa, kuvista netissä saa aivan väärän käsityksen hotellista. Baio Mulini oli hyvä.

I Mulini Resort - Trapani
Trivelig og serviceinnstilt betjening og flott beliggenhet ift strand. Frokosten var enkel, men grei. Vi var likevel ikke helt fornøyde - dels fordi hotellet lå ca 5-6 km utenfor sentrum og ikke i sentrum slik det fremkom i hotellbeskrivelsen/plassering på kartet. En annen årsak er at hotellet stod uten drift på sitt air-condition anlegg i 2 døgn. Det rommet vi fikk først, var veldig mørkt og trist (litt fengselsaktig). Senga var hard. Men vi fikk byttet, og det ble langt bedre.

Mulini - lugnt och skönt hotell
Vi ville ha weekend-resa som var lugn och skön, vi var där i början av säsongen och det var underbart! Hotellet var perfekt lite utanför, med bussar precis utanför och en taxichafför som kör för hotellet (kostar självklart extra) Inne i staden finns ingen strand. Personalen var underbar, vi anlände sent men de fixade så vi kunde checka in ändå när vi ringde. De ordnade även så vi kunde checka ut dagen innan då vi åkte tidigt på morgonen. Frukostbuffen var super, sitter man ute har man berget åt ena hållet och havet åt andra, himmelskt! Poolen funkade dock inte när vi var där, men de är samma ägare på hotellet bredvid där vi även där var varmt välkomna till deras pool och strand. Ett av de trevligaste, karaktärsfulla och mest gästvänliga hotellen jag har bott på för det priset.

I Mulini Resort di Trapani
Splendido mulino a vento rinnovato e reso un bel resort. L'albergo è sito a circa tre chilometri dal centro storico di Trapani sul lungomare. La camera era molto ampia abbastanza pulita, unica grossa pecca (per le mie abitudini) il televisore 14 pollici a tubo catodico che dal letto non riuscivo a vedere. La colazione abbastanza vasta e varia. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. In generale i Mulini Resort è un buon albergo se si desidera visitare Trapani e dintorni essendo muniti di un proprio mezzo di locomozione.

non ritengo si meriti quattro stelle. Le camere, se pur grandi, non sono curate nell'arredo, la tv microscopica, il telefono lontano dal letto, il divano a fiori stinti basso profilo, l'armadio più per baita che per mare... direi che non c'è stata molta attenzione da parte dell'arredatore. Per il resto comunque è una struttura molto bella, bagni puliti, personale gentile. Occorre però avere un mezzo perchè dista da trapani centro un paio di chilometri. Quando sono arrivato, a sera tardi verso le 23, il ristorante dell'hotel era già chiuso, sono allora andato nel ristorante (anche questo bassissimo profilo peggio del divano...) fronte hotel che pare sia aperto fino all'una di notte e ho mangiato, fra le altre cose, degli spaghetti con vongole enormi sublimi!!!

Långt till Trapani centrum. 1 timmas promenad ca. Men bara 500 m till Erices linbana vilken är ett måste! Kringliggande område var sådär. Mycket trafik och inte mycket att göra på ena sidan av hotellet. På andra sidan havet! Så det är vad man vill ha =)

It is always a pleasure to return to I Mulini and I wouldn't want to miss my flight next year!! Special requests are taken care of with delight. People are very friendly and it doesn't matter if you are a family, couple or single traveler. I Mulini Resort - vicino al mare, silenzioso, con ampio parcheggio
Struttura composta di poche camere, ben pulite. Piscina piccolina ma accogliente, massimo 3-4 coppie per volta. Mare vicinissimo (e vibile da molte camere). L'albergo offre agli ospiti teli mare, ombrellone e lettino. Colazione buona ma non particolarmente abbondante. Ottimo per coppiette. Il sig. Michele della reception vi sorprenderà per gentilezza e disponibilità.

struttura bellissima, sul mare.... che nulla ha da invidiare a San vito lo capo. L'unico problema è stato il personale che ha avuto da ridire sul fatto che nn si potevano preparare i panini da portare via a colazione... Con tutti i soldi che ho pagato...mi sembra una cosa ridicola questa cosa. Poi abbiamo trovato un serpente nel giardino

Il nostro soggiorno al Mulini Resort è stato piacevolissimo anche grazie alla cordialità e alla disponibilità del sig. Michele. Le sue informazioni e i suoi suggerimenti ci sono stati utilissimi per muoverci a Palermo e a Trapani. Unico neo il mare antistante la spiaggia privata comunque pulitissima. La presenza di cumuli di alghe sul bagnasciuga non permette la fruizione del mare limpidissimo.

ottima location sul mare in posto tranquillo e con l'auto abbastanza vicino al centro città. Personale molto gentile e disponible anche arrivando molto tardi (0,30am) camere pulite ed in ordine, minibar fornito. Piccola piscina ed accesso diretto al mare, si possono usare le strutture (piscina e spiaggia) dell'attiguo Hotel Baia dei mulini.

Das Resort liegt nach dem irritierenden Internet-
Auftritt in unmittelbarer Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt, so dass es erst nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen gefunden werden konnte. Vor der Abreise wurden wir trotz ausdrücklichen Ersuchens nicht geweckt. Auch das Taxi zum Flughafen kam nicht zur vorgesehenen Zeit (möglicherweise lag dies an der Unzuverlässigkeit des Taxifahrers; der Frühdienst des Hotels schaffte immerhin noch Ersatz)

Alles im gruenen Bereich, fuer ein paar Tage ist es ein sehr guter Aufenthaltsort, jedoch gibt es nicht sehr viel in der Umgebung zu sehen ausser der Altstadt von Trapani, und das Nebendorf Erice..

Lo consiglio vivamente
Hotel meraviglioso, una struttura recuperata ottimamente e gestita molto bene. Molto pulito sia nelle zone comuni interne ed esterne. Anche le camere sono accoglienti, spaziose e pulite. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione. Una menzione speciale al personale molto disponibile e cortese. Voto massimo.
