Located on the ground floor, separate entrance with private parking, the apartment comprises a double bedroom, two large bedrooms with two single beds each, bathroom, kitchen-living room area.
Adjacent to the house a large veranda which leads to a garden of citrus and herbs with which to prepare some good roasted on the barbecue.
Are linens for bed, bath and kitchen as well as beach towels and umbrellas. Are also made available to guests five bicycles.
The apartment is located in the "living room" of the city, in a quiet and peaceful area. It is located a short walk from the cable car station to Erice. It 'also served by public transport.
In the vicinity of the house you will find all the shops that you may need for everyday life as well as pizzerias, restaurants and boutiques.
The apartment is ideal for those arriving by car, want to visit the province. The SEA is located a few hundred meters, with beautiful beaches and cliffs.
