Die Wohnung ist super um Erfurt und Umgebung zu erkunden. Steffen ist sehr bemüht seinen Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl, gern wieder.

Kurztrip nach Erfurt

Der Aufenthalt in Erfurt wurde durch die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hervorragend abgerundet. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und Steffen hat dafür 10 Sterne verdient. Die Kommunikation, sowohl bei der Anreise, als auch bei der Abreise war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage trotz Stadtnähe. Alles da, was man benötigt. Guter Startpunkt für Unternehmungen in der Stadt und außerhalb. Nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt :)

Idealer Ausgangsort für Besichtigungen

Die FeWo war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Netterweise durften wir am Abreisetag das Auto noch im Hof stehen lassen. Herzlichen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder

Alles perfekt

Sehr saubere und ruhig gelegene Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage zum Bahnhof und zum Stadtzentrum, freundliche Begrüßung, Sommerwetter. Erfurt ist eine Landeshauptstadt, die sich ihren Charme bewahrt hat und von Bausünden (jedenfalls soweit bei meinem kurzen Besuch ersichtlich) verschont blieb. Natur, Kultur und Erholung ist alles da. Auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den tgl. Bedarf (u.a.2 Biomärkte) und zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte. Vielen Dank!

Super geeignet für Erfurt-Aufenthalt

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einem renovierten Altbau 5min entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof und der Altstadt. Bäcker fußläufig zu erreichen. Hochwertige Ausstattung und Küchengeräte. Matratzen mit unterschiedlichem Härtegrad. Highlight war der Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof, auf dem wir uns zum Essen und Erholen gern aufgehalten haben. Sehr praktisch: der Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück des Hauses. Fernseher, Wlan, Tiefkühler - alles vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Elke und Klaus

Moderne Wohnung in altem Haus in bester Lage

Unser Aufenthalt verlief rundum angenehm und erholsam. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben, eher klein, bietet für 2 Personen aber völlig ausreichenden Platz. Die Einrichtung ist in hervorragendem Zustand, gemütliches Bett, praktischer begehbarer Kleiderschrank in einer Nische, Bad mit moderner Dusche, Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Zum Essen ist es etwas beengt, aber ein ausklappbarer Tisch nutzt den Raum perfekt aus. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein gemütliches Sofa und ein äußerst bequemer verstellbarer Liegesessel. Darüber hinaus hat uns aber die Lage überzeugt: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten, geradezu mondänen Wohnviertel mit prächtig renovierten Häusern aus der vorherigen Jahrhundertwende. Trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und der Straßenbahn mit zwei Linien, war es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig und der Balkon bot Ausblick auf den grünen Innenhof. Somit eignete sich die Lage perfekt für Ausflüge mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in die Stadt Erfurt, aber auch sehenswerte Orte Thüringens in der Nähe, von denen wir Eisenach, Gotha, Weimar und Jena besuchten. Mit dem Vermieter haben wir alles Organisatorische schnell regeln können. Er gab darüber hinaus viele Informationen und Tipps für die Urlaubswoche. Alles in allem ein perfektes Domizil für eine Urlaubserkundung Thüringens als Paar.

Wunderbar

Ganz tolle gemütliche, sehr ruhige und voll ausgestattete Wohnung. 5 min zu Fuß zum Hbf. und dahinter befindet sich die Altstadt.Eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Hausherrn war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Erfurt-Urlaub dort einziehen.
