Great room, bad check-in

Excellent and clean room, but late check-in typical as in many reviews. Came in about 9pm , reception should be still open 1hr , but was closed. Check-in machine was typically broken...wasted time for calling to get access code etc

Problematic check-in

Reception should be opened till 10pm. We arrived at 8:05pm and hotel was closed. Check-in machine doesn't work. After 30min someone from hotline picked up phone and gave us some code so we could walk in and go rest.

Was very disappointed because I know the standard of b&b in the other countries but this particular one is not even close to that receptionist doesn’t know what to do with the problems don’t clean up at the breakfast table breakfast terrible no food no coffee last time I was there

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Der Speisesaal, war sehr klein. Draußen konnte man sich nicht hinsetzen da keine Möglichkeit gab. Keine Stühle/ Bänke.

Welch ein traumhafter Service

Ein bemerkenswertes Hotel mit blitzsauberem, gepflegtem Interieur und sehr freundlichem Personal! Ganz besonders sei hier Frau Franziska Belling erwähnt, die mir kostenlos meinen im Bad vergessenen Kulturbeutei samt Inhalt sowie ein T-Shirt und IT Kabel schnellstens nach sandte! Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, dazu noch preiswert!
