"This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Hotel staff fielded questions about posting parcels, got me a sewing kit, and made me cappuccino in the morning. The breakfast might have a juicer (didn't my second morning) but had truly tasty things to eat and the lightest scrambled ..."

"Unusual hotel that would have been amazing back in the day but now needs a lot of TLC however the rooms were clean but furniture a bit tatty. I would not consider it a 4 star hotel It would benefit from tea making facilities in the room and abolishing the single use shower gel which are so not good ..."

"The hotel is in a fabulous location …walkable to shops and restaurants. The husband and wife at the front desk were amazing and so helpful. We had a very early departure and they even set up coffee and danish for us before we left. Highly recommend!"
