"The hotel itself may be okay, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I literally woke up with back pain after sleeping there. A good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations from any hotel, and unfortunately the mattress quality was very poor. I hope the management takes this seriously and replaces or upgrades the beds, because it really affected my stay."

Spa was great too. Overall it was a lovely peaceful experience just an hour drive from Thiruvananthapuram. "
