OPEN CONCEPT LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN AREA
Up just a few steps from the driveway and you’re into the spectacular living area with its huge floor to ceiling windows through which you’ll get your first taste of the spectacular mountain and forest views. There’s a balcony out there we’ll look at later. But first, this room, with a living area featuring a couch facing the gas fireplace with the first of the home’s many smart TVs wall-mounted above it. It’s all next to the kitchen which, as you’d expect from a home that’s rather new, is full of modern appliances, and has plenty of cabinet and fridge freezer space to store the favorite foods of up to 8 guests. There's an island with breakfast bar seating, so there’s somewhere to gather to sip coffee (combo Keurig/drip coffee machine included on the kitchen countertop) or just watch whoever’s in the kitchen do their thing.

THE VIEWS
You’ll soon see why every wall in this house has as many windows as possible. The layered mountain views through them are simply stunning. With nature all around you here, you can’t help but relax and unwind.

4 BEDROOMS
There are two on the first floor and two in the walk-out basement.

Master Bedroom - this is directly off the living area on the first floor and features large windows and direct access to the first-floor deck. You get a gloriously comfortable kingsize bed in here, a wall-mounted smart TV, plus an ensuite bathroom with a wet bathroom area with dual-head showers, a tub. double vanity, and toilet.

Bedroom 2 - First floor - On the opposite side of the living area to the master bedroom, this room features another king-size bed, plus an armchair and direct access to the upper deck. There’s also a wall-mounted smart TV and tiled ensuite bathroom with toile, vanity, and large walk-in shower with window.

Bedroom 3 - off the game room in the basement, there’s a king-size double in here, another TV, and access to the basement deck area. The ensuite in here features a fiberglass tub with shower overhead, plus a vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 4 - Also accessed from the game room, this twin bedroom is ideal for kids who just want to jump out of bed every morning and start playing. There’s another wall-mounted smart TV in here and plenty of storage space for clothes and bags (just like in all of the other bedrooms.

3 BATHROOMS
Each is attached to one of the first three bedrooms. They are described in the Bedrooms section above. Each bathroom will include a small amenity kit for your enjoyment (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap). Please be ready to replace yourself if you need more.

GAME ROOM
This basement space directly under the living area is sure to prove popular. It’s bright and attractive like the other rooms in the house, with another sofa opposite a wall-mounted TV and the added bonus of a foosball table, and a multi-game arcade machine. You can also call this the fitness room as there’s a Peloton exercise bike in here (not yet pictured) so you can stay in shape while you’re here!

OUTSIDE SPACE
Each of the 2 floors has a balcony area accessed through huge floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s plenty of seating outside on both levels at which you can eat, drink or just sit back and enjoy those views. When you’re done admiring your surroundings, how about some corn hole, followed by a BBQ using the gas grill that’s waiting for you on the first-floor deck? The lower deck has a very large hot tub that seats 6. There’s also direct access from here via a staircase to the firepit to hang out and roast some s'mores (get toasted!).

THE LAUNDRY
Situated next to the kitchen is a room with a washer and dryer. It means that if, after all that outdoor adventuring, clothes get a little dirty, you can get them clean and ready to wear again in-house.

REMOTE WORKING
In case any of your group has to bring their laptop for work, it’s good to know that the whole house is served by a really fast wifi service (>500 mbps) via fiber internet.

PARKING
There’s space for up to 3 vehicles on the driveway outside the house, handy if your group is arriving in separate cars.

LOGISTICS / GUEST ACCESS
This modern woodland retreat is available for your exclusive use for however long you make a reservation. The entire property (except for the locked owners’ closet accessed from the game room) will be accessible to you and your group alone, inside and outside. So make the most of the privacy and the chance to catch-up and spend time together. A custom-generated key code will be sent to before check-in to enter on a smart lock upon arrival.

📌 We provide a starter supply of the following to all guests: Keurig K-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. You'll be responsible for replenishing after they run out. Firewood is not provided as we've had a hard time keeping it reliably stocked between guests. Please get in touch during your stay if you'd like to set up a firewood delivery.

📍 Please know that the last 0.75 miles to this property are UNPAVED and GRAVEL. A typical 2WD sedan can make this drive in normal weather, but in heavy rain and snow, an AWD vehicle is recommended. There are short stretches that are steep (just maintain constant speed) but no scary drop-offs. Refunds will not be provided due to inclement weather.
