The property was conveniently located. The rooms were apple size with good king beds. The restaurant and bar were both excellent. The garden is a beautiful respite from the busy city life. Most of all, the staff was professional and helpful at all times.

The hotel facilities are first class, true to their rating of a 5-star luxury hotel in central london. All places of interests like Oxford Street, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden, is within walking distance. The location is super busy but at the same is very quiet.
Their staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and they always try their best to make sure you have what you need or you know where you're heading. Truly impressive and impeccable services - rates are expensive but the services you get here is worth every penny.

The restaurant staff were not very competent (struggled to get me a cup of tea or even a seat when there were dozens of empty tables), but the doormen were attentive and the lobby pleasant and the location excellent. The room was small and dark but clean.

"A lovely friendly welcome with an upgrade to a studio. The room was large, very clean with lovely views. A restful stay, the only negative was the bed was a little too soft for what we are used to. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and breakfast was great and offered plenty of choice. We will return again ..."
