It was everything we expected and more. The room was clean. Air-conditioning was powerful ( needed during the very hot days of July). When we made the reservation, we did not select breakfast for the extra fee. We were sure we would want it. But it looked so good one morning, we asked if we could add it and were politely told no. The cook looked busy, so we understood. Very good service overall though, For example, we had problem with our Safe once and also the induction range and the person at the desk helped right away. The bathroom was great as well, yes, amazing shower. Great location. But we highly recommend — if you want the breakfast — to arrange that when you check in or when make the reservation.

We loved our stay at the Normandy Hotel! The location is fantastic, perfect if you want to be close to the Louvre, Rue Saint-Honoré, the Opéra area, and many of Paris’s main attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The rooms are on the smaller side, but there were two of us in the room and we fit comfortably. If you have the option to book one of the larger rooms, I think it would definitely be worth it. Having the taqueria and the crêpe place right at the hotel was also incredibly convenient and worked wonderfully for a quick and easy meal. And I have to mention the bed, the mattress was AMAZING! Honestly, one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. After walking around Paris all day, it was heaven!

"We were staying here for an over night stop en route to the alps. Our main reason for booking was that there was a restaurant on site but upon arrival we were informed it was closed. "This was the worst experience at a hotel we have ever had. Air conditioning was a joke. The Pavilion smells musty, no AC in hall & lobby, construction noise terrible. Moved to historic building AC still terrible, black mold on shower tile. Not a luxury experience."
