"The tub was clogged we were standing in our own bath water while showering, the air was not working in our room. The ice machine was not working. They charged for parking $12 but when asked if we needed a parking pass we were never told they charge to park ! Like there was no place else to park. I will never stay in another double tree hotel. "

Only thing, when I arrived I could hear staff talking in the back office and had to wait several minutes for someone to come out and check me in. There was no bell there to ring to get attention. Overall it was a good stay."
