"Had an issue with the laundry service. Hotel informed me my laundry would be delivered on a certain day, but it wasn’t delivered until the day after it was promised. That wasn’t communicated to me, so I was frantically trying to locate my clothing the morning I had to check out. Staff could have been more communicative."
