"Air conditioner did not work"

"The first room we was given, the bed had not been finished being made. The staff handled that in a professional and quick manner and moved us to another room. After we had dinner and returned to our room, the ac/ heater was out so again, we had to be moved to another room. I've never have had this happen in all the years that I've traveled. I am very thankful for the way the staff handled the situation. I would return and recommend staying here. "

"Very cute spot. Enjoyed the room and the breakfast bar / “bar”. The workout room was a disappointment: machines weren’t user friendly, and required apps / sign-ins, etc. Getting easier access to them, without going through multiple steps and hoops, would’ve been much preferred."
