I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and accommodate any special requests I had. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

"It’s nice because it’s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. It’s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If I’m less busy I’d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute.
