Mostly clean and really nice for couples. Staff was very helpful, scale available in room for convenience.
A lot of events taking place at the hotel, can make the elevators take longer.
Cons: Breakfast had limited options and was ok. Not what we expected a 5 star hotel to be like, there were little things were weird. The bathtub was not leveled not allowing the water to drain properly.
Overall not bad, would come again: 4.54 stars
