The property was nice. The staff was pleasant. The food was good. Clean rooms, housekeeping was very very good. The bed was comfortable. No complaints for the duration of the stay. The hotel does not have a lift so must climb stairs to rooms. The stairs are clean and in an open space but if you have any physical ailments may pose an issue.

The staff are not friendly, especially the ladies at the reception. They refused to check me in until they get confirmation from Hotels.com.
