Always excellent/polite friendly staff, who are happy to help with everything and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a very happy stay. I will highly recommend this establishment for any one travelling through Entebbe. Also only just 10mins drive to airport and 5minutes walk to shopping mall.

Very good accommodation. Very green. Nice pool, very nice staff. Good kitchen also with local food. Two things could be better: The WiFi and that room service can also be paid at checkout and not directly cash.

Very good value for money. The reception staff was kind enough to wait for me until 3am because of my extremely delayed flight. Room was very clean with all the toiletries I required during my stay. Bed was gigantic, loved it. Breakfast staff was very attentive too, breakfast choice was okay. Pool was very refreshing

So the walls all need to be painted , locks don’t work. Rugs (pieces laid together ) and furniture all full of stains and nasty. Outdoor furniture full of bird poop. Rooftop bar is a joke. Breakfast was not good . No hot water in the shower . This was one of the worst stays of my life . The photos they have advertised is a lie . The exterior is pretty . That’s it

Very expensive for the price that we paid: $100/night on average. The food service was terrible - took forever (2-3 hrs) for your food to come out. The room is big but NOT comfy at all. AC was not cold and I don't have hot water in my room. Plus no free airport transport. Definitely Not a Four Star hotel. May 2.5 star.

It was a lovely stay while in Entebbe. The grounds are lush & beautiful. I enjoyed some quiet time poolside. The Buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety of different foods daily. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious & clean.

Wifi is out of order Bathroom door is out of order Cycle in healthclub is out of order There is no mosquito net even though in the wood. You had better prepare invidisual breakfast, if you do not want omellet with egg shell. I used king bed room with 210dollars
