We love this place from the moms we arrived we were treated well and the property is beautiful and clean and modern

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

Trump tower was sophisticated and we appreicate all the space but we especially loved that the building and rooms were very clean. However we would have appreciate a better television. Otherwise everything was great. My family was very happy and we will definitley return.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

This property is incredible. Beds were super comfortable, and had the perfect space for entertaining. The location is excellent on the strip, and the amenities were a great bonus. Only thing that was kind of annoying is they changed the locks while we were there so we had to go and get new keys, but a minimal blemish on an otherwise amazing stay.
