The hotel had great amenities the room was clean. Having the monorail right there was very co convenient! Beautiful pool and fitness center. Staff was very helpful

Cozy place to stay

For an older property, it’s very clean. Love the food court and movie theatre. We spent a lot of time at the pool where the staff was very helpful. I think the pool would benefit from staying open longer as in the middle of summer, the pools best hours are late afternoon IMO. The pool area also would benefit from more shade, either trees or canopy covering some of the pool area.

I’ve had hundreds of hotel stays. This one was by far the most disappointing ever. Our flight was delayed and we got to check in after midnight. We tried to check in online and got a message to try back at 7 am. The line to get to the front desk took over an hour. At 1:30 am (4:30 am our time), we reach the desk and the woman tells us that the rooms that she can see I booked and paid for months in advance, they simply don’t have. Instead of everyone having their own bed and a view of the Eiffel Tower, we’re sharing a bed and have a view of the roof of a parking garage. I do get a message late the next day that one of our two rooms could change rooms but only if we got to the front desk within 90 minutes, that condition to get 1 of the 2 rooms I’d paid for months earlier and already hadn’t received on night one. I didn’t get the message until after the 90 minutes were up and we were nowhere near the hotel even if I had gotten it in time. I called the front desk and asked to talk to a manager. After providing in detail what had happened to the operator, she said she needed to put me on hold for “a minute” while she got the manager. After more than 10 minutes on hold, I gave up and hung up, expecting a call right back from the manager. It’s been over 24 hours and I’m still waiting. It appears they’re still charging me for rooms they did not provide. What they did provide was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.
