BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Juniper House is a very spacious and open home which was newly built in 2018. It is outfitted with the latest and greatest appliances, lighting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry. It is well suited for both families and fishermen and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The Madison River and mountain range is in view from most of the windows of the home. The rural setting on nine acres offers much privacy and is wonderful for wildlife viewing. From the covered porch and most of the rooms of the home you have incredible views of the Madison Range. It's truly a magical spot!

GENERAL LOCATION: This home is located just one mile from Varney Bridge in the Madison Valley, between the towns of Ennis and West Yellowstone, Montana. It is approximately 10 miles from Ennis, and 50 miles from West Yellowstone.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The Juniper House has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps six people. The three bedrooms are situated such that you have privacy for each one. There are two queen bedrooms off one side of the living room, each with large closets and private baths. The first queen bedroom has modern furnishings and a wood topped vanity sink area and a deep soaking tub / shower in the bath. The second queen bedroom has an iron bed and a tiled shower in the bath. The third bedroom is off the kitchen and has two twin beds. A hall bath serves this bedroom and the common areas of the home and has a shower. Laundry room with HE washer, dryer and deep laundry sink is off the kitchen.

KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen is quite large as everyone always seems to gather in the kitchen! The counters are wood, the custom cabinetry is extensive and the new stainless appliances include a French door fridge, 5-burner gas range, microwave and dishwasher. There is a huge pantry for grocery storage as well as a breakfast bar with three barstools. The adjacent dining area has a large square table that seats eight. Both kitchen and dining area have fantastic mountain views. There is also a gas BBQ grill on the deck for grilling up a feast.

LIVING ROOM: The comfortable living room has vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. It is outfitted with gorgeous leather furnishings and a stunning stone wood burning fireplace. Off to one side of the living room is a window seat with books for your reading pleasure. There is also a TV den with 2 side chairs, a desk for those who must work, and a quite large LED TV with Chromecast streaming internet service, wifi-enabled blu-ray and Fiber Optic wifi for the entire home. There are many books and guides to local activities here and there about the house.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The home has a covered porch off the dining area with a long bench for seating. The property is about nine acres with grassy fields and unique rock formations to walk about. You are likely to see deer, antelope, golden eagles, bald eagles, and other waterfowl on or around the property. You have access to the 2-car garage as well.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is 65 miles from the home.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Fishermen will have plenty of choices: Madison River, Yellowstone National Park and Henry's Fork of the Snake River. Other great activities include hiking, mountain biking, exploring Yellowstone National Park, shopping and dining in the little town of Ennis and visiting nearby ghost towns.
