"This was a very fun and relaxing place to stay for four nights. We were a group of six with ages ranging from 0-70, and all of us really enjoyed it. The meals were all delicious, and the onsen was really nice. The area around is beautiful, and the weather was relatively cool even in the August heat. "

"Staff at the front desk was poorly trained and couldn't find my Expedia reservation at first. Indoor play places weren't included in the hotel fee although I think they should have been."
