No how water- staff tried to help but it wasn’t working in the other rooms

The staff were super friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water.
The pool was freezing. We had a reservation for 4 people, however they only gave us 2 small towels. When asked for more we were told the policy was if we wanted new towels we had to bring down our 2 dirty towels to enchange for 2 new towels. We should have automatically started with 4 since our reservation was for 4 people.
There's no elevator so dragging all of our stuff upstairs wasn't fun.
The last day of our stay we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Disgusting!

Super unclean and no hot tub as advertised no gym as advertised skip on this one you will not regret it

The pictures that advertised this hotel is misleading. Breakfast sucks, gym is under maintenance, ice machine didnt work, bath tub stopped up, snake machine didnt work. If i didnt reserve online i would have canceled

This hotel is gross. It is very old and dirty. Everything in the room felt damp. The floor of the shower was squishy. The exterior door did not require a key card, so anyone could enter the building.

The towels was small and just felt like a rag. The hot water took forever to get to the first floor. The room was clean just don’t match the pictures they put on the advertisement

Hotel is dated, not very clean and the shower towels are the size of a hand towel. On the positive side, bed is comfortable and good location and quiet. The back door lock does not work so anyone can come into the back entrance of the hotel at anytime.

We got the jacuzzi room and were in love :) loved the space and having this was very relaxing. Staff were quick and efficient during check in. Overall, we had a great experience with our stay, there were a few things to be improved on. The coffee maker in our room was missing the place to add coffee and the breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for and we were disappointed. The biggest issue we came across was that the pool was not working when we arrived and I wish they would have had that listed during booking.
