Vacation rental home in Englewood / South Venice, Florida. The house is literally a short walk from the beach. It was completed February 2015, and is spacious and modern with a private pool.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Room attached to Master Bedroom can be used as a nursery (the room has its own windows), it is furnished with a twin bed and a crib.

Property is great. Very clean, super close to the beach, and convenient to anything you would need. We had a couple small glitches but the owner got back in touch with us in a timely manner.

Overall great house

The front door lock stopped working after 3 days. The toilet seat is loose and we were left with 2 rolls of toilet paper and no laundry detergent. Its the perfect distance from the beach, which was beautiful. Overall we had a great time and would love to stay again.

Beach Get Away

It was really hard to leave this amazing property and place to visit! The quick walk to the beach helped ease family communication amongst our group and so many other beaches to try near by. We found many cool shells and sharks teeth. Heidi was a great host and helped us with what we needed. It had everything we needed as far as beach chairs and towels and all the kitchen needs. The outdoor enclosed patio and pool was our favorite place to gather.

Awesome!!!!

Very accommodating owner. We had fire alarm beeping with low battery and he came and replaced all the batteries immediately. He also stopped by the first day to find out if we found everything ok. Which it was. This place is like a home away from home. Exceptional clean, right down from the beach, pool in the backyard, plenty of space for our party of 9 and everything you would need for a day at the beach. This house has everything. Definitely a house we would love to stay in again.

Great vacation venue for persons of all ages!

This villa is fresh and new and well stocked. It is beautifully decorated with ample room for small or large parties. We had a group that included adults as well as small children. The pool was a big hit, and the owners provided age-appropriate toys. The beach is a shorter walk than I anticipated and easily accessible. Manasota Beach is known for collecting sharks teeth and shells, and there was plenty to be found. When not at the pool or the beach, there is plenty to do and see within a short driving distance. To name a few, we enjoyed the Dome Flea Market (that also had local produce), great food at The Old World Restaurant, The Mote Marine Aquarium in Sarasota, and watching a fabulous sunset at Sharky's on the Pier in Venice. I highly recommend this rental and extend a shout out to the owners for a memorable stay! Guests from Virginia & Colorado

Loved this place!

The home was comfortable and clean. We loved how close it was to the beach. We appreciated using the beach chairs from the garage. The bedrooms were all great - we were happy to have a bed for everyone. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Be sure to bring your own laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and body soap. Hand soap is all that is provided. There is an office, which was used a lot since some of us needed to get some work done. My kids also loved having the pool. It was a great place. I would definitely stay here if in the area again!

Perfect for families with kids!

Our 2 sons and their families loved, loved, loved this property. The room set ups, 2 bathrooms we nice, nice kitchen, and laundry. So close to the beach with lots of sharks teeth but no sharks great response from host when we had questions.

An okay stay

The house was nice and in a good location. The guest bed was not comfortable at all. I was so disappointed in the fact that the swimming pool was not warm enough. I only got in one time and couldn't force myself to get in again.

We had an amazing time!! We had 6 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space for us all. We loved the pool, but also loved being so close that we could walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent place to stay with 10 people!

My daughter and her family stayed at this home. It was perfect for them as far as sleeping, swimming and so close to the beach. We had the Whole family (17) for supper every night and it worked out very well. There was plenty of room for all.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Convenient location with just a short walk to the beach, had umbrella, beach chairs and shark tooth sifters. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space for 6 of us. Was really easy to get in touch with property owner for a few bumps we hit early on in trip that were immediately taken care of. Our recommendation would be to get updated kitchen pots and pans and would suggest a pool handlebar to get in and out of pool more easily as it was difficult for my mom who has some leg issues. The WiFi name and password also needs updated in VRBO. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return sometime in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful house within walking distance to the beach

This is a beautiful and spacious house. Less than a half mile to the beach, so we walked each time. This gave us the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife along the intercostal. The house had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME DOES’NT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE!

We just had the most unforgettable family vacation and this house was a big part of it. The layout of the house was spectacular for our family and the walk to the beach bridge is literally two doors down! Only to be complemented by the heated pool in the backyard! Very close to the best homemade ice cream parlor and Publix grocery store! There was no way to not relax and rejuvenate - everything was at our fingertips. Heidi and Art were very accommodating and responsive hosts. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us…
