Great Beach Getaway

Beach Vacation!

The condo is one of our favorite places to stay while in Manasota Key. Always very clean, and everything needed for a great week. Pat is attentive to inquires and very pleasant ensuring you have.a good stay.

Great location and close to beach!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the complex, it was perfect for 2! We met some great neighbors and we love the slow pace of the town. The beaches are beautiful and we can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful space RIGHT on the Gulf

Had a wonderful stay! Location was great and super secluded. Felt like our own private resort. Only negative was that we could hear EVERY footstep of the people upstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Getaway

this property is everything it says it is on VRBO. It’s right on the beach. It seems to have been updated recently and has a very pleasing color scheme. The kitchen is generously equipped for any cooking project you might undertake. The pool is small, but was a perfect temperature.

Magnificent Manasota

This was my second trip to Manasota Key, both times at this property. It’s quite perfect. Love the location on the Gulf, just steps from the water. Close to restaurants. We love the relaxed atmosphere of MK. Great getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Fantastic VRBO on the beach!

We enjoyed staying here for one week. This is a beautiful place located on a private beach next to the gulf. It is beautifully decorated in a beach theme. It was very clean and quiet. This is located near several great restaurants. The owner Pat was very helpful with any questions we had. We look forward to staying again next year! We give this VRBO 10 stars!

Sand at your door!

The unit is clean, well decorated and has all the necessities. Right on the sand. Enjoyed having coffee on the rocking chairs in the morning. Manasota key is one of the most beautiful areas in southwest Florida. The recovery from the hurricane is underway. It’s amazing that this unit is in such great condition.! I highly recommend it owners are great!

Good, could be great with minor changes

Nice living room with a tidy, well-stocked kitchen. Great location right on the beach with one parking spot. AC is great - and it was HOT outside! No musty smell as read in comments of other cottage rentals. Really cute little home. I have a few minor suggestions to make it perfect but they’re not dealbreakers.

Paradise

We absolutely LOVE this property. I hate to leave a good review because I don’t want everyone to know how great it is ;) You truly are 40 steps to the sand and 60 steps to the water. We chose this property primarily because my husband has trouble walking and it’s so easy for him to get around here. Most other properties would require too much walking for him to do anything. Easy parking, one step up onto the patio. Step in shower, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed. Access to washer/dryer is a huge positive. We love this place so very much. ❤️❤️

Great Place Just Steps from Secluded Beach

Clean, well-appointed condo just steps from peaceful Englewood Beach. This ground floor condo is perfect for a couple who wants to get away. It has everything you need, including the coldest AC we’ve ever experienced. The owner is also super responsive. We loved the short path to the beach through the vegetation and the absolutely gorgeous sunsets. The beach offered sightings of manatees and dolphins and many shark teeth. Great local restaurants are a short walk/drive away. In our opinion, the only downside to the area was the lack of shops. There’s only one and it is pricey.

Mother-Daughter weekend

My adult daughter and I had our first-ever mother-daughter getaway at this lovely beachfront condo. It is on the lower level, stepping out onto a porch with a lovely courtyard view and the sounds of the ocean waves. Just a few short steps and we were on the beach with the gorgeous, turquoise waters of the Gulf before us. The beach was busy as it was a holiday weekend, but not nearly as busy as the packed public beaches nearby. We found lots of shells and enjoyed seeing boats, parasailors, and dolphins from the beach chairs provided for use. Nearby, the Sandbar Tiki Grille had delicious shrimp, while the Beachcomber Trading Post offered great coffee and a nice breakfast menu with tables along the waters of Lemon Bay. We used the condo kitchen to prepare easy meals as well, with groceries from Winn-Dixie nearby. We immensely enjoyed our time at this condo and would love to come back someday. Thank you so much!

Wonderful getaway

We loved the property, it had everything we needed and was neat and clean. The area is wonderful, the beach right out the door was beautiful - we watched the sunset every night over the ocean. I would have given it a higher rating except for the fact that we could not reach the property owner with a minor question. I called three different phone numbers with no luck. I left multiple messages and got no reply. It concerned me because if the isssue had been a major one I don't know where we would have turned next. For that reason, we will not be staying there again, even though the property is exceptional.
