Come relax at our private home on tropical Manasota Key! Your toughest decision will be whether to swim at the semi-private beach on the Gulf of Mexico or in the pool with a view of Lemon Bay.

This charming home has everything you need for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway. The main living area has an open floor plan with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living quarters are separated to allow friends or family to have a space all their own. One side of the house has a private owners suite with a king bed and full private bathroom with a walk in shower. The opposite side of the home has a bedroom with a queen bed with its own pool access, a bedroom with two twin beds and a large full bathroom. The covered patio area provides opportunities for open air dining and is attached to the screened-in lanai. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with smart TV’s with streaming capabilities. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, gas grill and laundry room.

Manasota Key is a picturesque barrier island with an old Florida feel. The location offers easy access to plenty of outdoor activities including fishing, kayaking, golf, hiking and of course, beach combing! Both the sunsets over the gulf AND the sunrises over the bay are breathtaking! First-rate restaurants are just a mile away and live entertainment is available to you whenever the mood strikes.

There is a $100 per week fee for pool heat.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent.

Great location to beach.

Property was in great shape with all necessary items to have a lovely vacation. Beach was very close and easy to pop over to for a couple minutes or a couple hours.

Beautiful home in an excellent area and very close to the beach! We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach anytime we wanted and to have the ability to return at anypoint for naps for the little one! Excellent communication and easy check in! The house also had beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers to use as well! The pool was great as well to relax in while at the house!

The house has plenty of room for our family of 2 adult couples and 2 kids. It was clean, with sufficient amenities, the pool was great, private, quiet, and very close to the beach. It was just what we were looking for.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was comfortable, we loved the screened pool area and proximity to the beach. We also appreciated good communication and easy check in process. Local restaurants and beaches were lovely. We're wishing all local residents recovering from last fall's hurricane the very best and are looking forward to visiting again.

Great Beach Getaway!

Fun Times in Manasota Key!

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! We walked the beach every morning and watched the sun set every night. We saw dolphins as we kayaked in the bay! And had excellent food and spirits at both the Lockn Key and the White Elephant. Our down time by the pool was so relaxing. What a great way to spend time together with family!

Property exactly as described. Just a short walk to the beach, and a nice pool to relax in as well. House had everything we needed and then some. Owner is very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place

We had a great time… The house has plenty of room and is very clean and also has a heated pool. We did some fishing off the beach we caught a few fish including a couple sharks what an awesome time we had!!

Wonderful home!

We had a great time staying here on our vacation! The home was clean and had several daily items (paper cups, spices/seasonings, etc) on hand that other homes we have stayed in didn’t have. Kirsten was very informative and easy to communicate with. The pool was wonderful, the kids had a blast! The beach is a short walk from the home, which is great. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Location-Steps from the Gulf

Kirsten and Jeremy were perfect hosts. The house was super clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels, dishes, and cooking staples. Florida is super-hot in July and August, but the air conditioner kept everything nice and cool. The pool is a nice addition as well. Thanks for a nice time!

Sunny fun

Those pool was soo nice! The house was older but well maintained and very clean! The only complaint was the dishwasher door was missing a spring to prevent it from falling open and it didn’t dry the dishes well. Overall very pleased!

Great stay!

House was amazing and just what we were looking for. Spent hours upon hours in the pool and you could see the bay as you floated in the water. House has everything you would need and more. Beach was a short walk away. Golf cart shuttle will pick you up and drop you off to any restaurant up the road. Awesome happy hour specials at all the bars with Lock & Key bring the most fun with the scratchers. Already planning a return trip!

Perfect for our Family!

We stayed with our 4 kids for a week. The house was as described and was just what we needed. The goal for the trip was to beach, swim, find shark teeth, fish and visit family. We had a great time doing all these things. Owners and property manager were accessible and helped when needed. The pool was perfect to cool off on hot days. The large kitchen table accommodated our family. The path to the beach was great. Would recommend!

Access to beach and access to beach equipment is great

We loved all of the little extras with this place; beach chairs, floaties, the outside shower is awesome! The location is fantastic to the beach, restaurants etc. The one thing I think is important to note is that the twin beds, I beleive, are kids beds. So my 6’ tall son was not fitting in the bed really well. But all in all…awesome rental! Beautiful vacation. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful Stay with everything we needed and more!

Excellent location, very nice neighbors nearby. Kitchen was stocked when we arrived. Much more than any other rental we've seen. All the basics already there plus much more! Pool was wonderful that outlooks the bay plus is covered so no bugs. Beds slept very comfortable and plenty of room for all 6 of us. Beach is just a short walk and we even fished from the bay and caught a few. Very wonderful home there in Englewood, FL right on Manasota Key. We hope to be back very soon!
