Welcome to our updated and modern condo directly on our private beach. Spectacular, unobstructed, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. Watch the gorgeous sunset every evening relaxing on your porch! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including Magnolias, which is right across the street and serves delicious lunch and dinner. Enjoy easy and keyless entry. Our condo is on the top floor and does require walking two flights of steps but oh so worth it! Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided. Free Cable TV and fast WIFI are also included.

Our condo sleeps 4 and has two full baths. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room area that has a privacy divider. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Free parking for 2 cars.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Children are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. Additional guests/visitors are not permitted on the beach or at the condo.

Englewood Beach

Stayed for three weeks and enjoyed it very much, love the location. It is wonderful to walk right down to the beach and also be close to restaurants….we will be back!

Great location, Nice place to relax and find sharks teeth !

It was great , everything we needed right on the beach. Felt so bad for the surrounding hurricane damage. Please stay here and visit the local businesses/ restaurants and help them out . They are trying to get their lives back together. A little support goes along way .

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed 4 nights here with my best friend for our annual birthday getaway. It was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was breathtaking. The beach was private and peaceful. We hope to stay here again!

Peaceful and relaxing

This was really a nice getaway for our anniversary. The accommodations were as depicted in the listing pictures. It was clean and well kept. The beach was very accessible and we appreciated the use of the umbrella and beach chairs in the storage unit. The views were very nice from the balcony and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and use again.

Great Location and Great Property

My wife and I spent 11 days enjoying the Condo. The porch kept out any rain while we watched the sea birds and beautiful beach. The condo is walkable to several restaurants even for us 70+ year olds. We did not rush up and down the two flights of stairs but the good railing made them very doable.

Perfect quiet beach stay

The apartment was exactly as described. Super clean, well appointed, and almost on the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. The only slight problem we had was that the pull out sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult. Perhaps best to use it for a child. We definitely hope to return.

Perfect Beach View

Perfect for two. Cozy and comfortable. Great view of gulf from balcony. Beach just steps away. Felt like a private beach. Very quiet and relaxing. Be prepared for steps required to access condo. A little challenging but worth the view.

Lovely apartment right on the beach

The apartment is comfortable. The porch overlooking the beach is wonderful . Unfortunately, the damage from the hurricane is up and down the beach and definitely makes the area less desirable. That’s not the fault of the owner . The owner could have been more forthright about the damage though. We were shocked at the devastation.

We have stayed here for quite a few years and really appreciate the updates that the new owner has done. Loved that it is no pets and no kids. It gets harder to climb the steps every year ,but thats cause our age. Already trying to decide what date for next year. Also appreciate the privacy and even though the owner lives in the area she respects your privacy..⛱

Beautiful view

One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. We checked in before shopping for food and were surprised at all the supplies provided. We were able to eliminate several things from our list. Overall it was exactly as portrayed in the description. If you’re a reader, you might want to bring a book light. There is only one lamp in the living room area.

Lovely September Stay

We walked in the front door and could smell the cleanliness. Everything was crisp and in excellent condition. We had everything we needed for a multi-day getaway, right down to details like trash bags, toilet paper and hand soap. The view of the ocean was incredible and unobstructed. Getting on the beach was a matter of walking downstairs, grabbing our beach chairs and taking maybe 10 steps? 20 steps? This was literally beachfront. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Little Piece of Paradise

This upstairs (28 stairs...) unit is right on the gulf with wonderful views of the sea & beach. It was spring break so the area was crowded as well as the beach, despite signs noting its privacy for the complex. The condo is all you need but beach towels need to be replaced and unit needs more hand towels and wash cloths. And the floors need a deep clean - as well as the sofa . These things are just a bit 'tired' or soiled from alot of use over time. And the shag area rugs collect alot of sand/are less than ideal for a beach property. Overall, you can't beat the location and proximity to the gulf. We loved the porch for relaxing and great sunsets. If you aren't particularly 'fit' the stairs might be challenging. Would come back tho.

Great rental, great view

Overall the rental is fantastic exactly what we expected from the pictures. Centrally located on Manasota Key and directly on the beach. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the rental, is the damage and clean up from the hurricane. First, several restaurants are closed on the key. This worked out as we just traveled to find places we have never been but for those looking to stay on the key your options are limited. Second, there is major beach reconstruction going on. The entirety of our trip consisted of dump trucks, bull dozers and bobcats running loads of sand from englewood beach to in front of our rental and down the beach. This starts at 7am and lasted until 5pm. Constant beeping and construction noises the entire time. This made the beach in front of the rental unusable. Englewood beach is closed with giant mounds of sand to be redistributed on the beach. The point of me sharing is this is beyond the owners control but the beach is unusable and the options for food are limited. Please consider this when booking.
