You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Come out and enjoy a tropical paradise by the gulf.

Clean well-maintained condo. It's in the Palm Manor Resort. Building 5-204. It's an upstairs unit on second floor and does not have an elevator.
The unit consists of two bedrooms and two baths with hairdryers included. The Master bedroom has a king with a private bathroom and the second bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a King. There are televisions are in both bedrooms with cable and internet. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. It's 2.5 miles from Englewood Beach.
The Resort amenities are a heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, outdoor BBQ ( charcoal) area. The owners have included kitchenware, linens, towels ( beach and bath). There are also beach chairs, racquets and extra patio chairs in the lani storage. I have also supplied dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, softener, dryer sheets, these are all products used for condo cleaning and guest are free to use. Parking is located right out front and the space is marked 5-204. Come relax and enjoy.

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and decorated very nice. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly when contacted. They covered every little detail in all that they provided. Location is convenient to Englewood Beach. The community pool was open and water was perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

Gary & Vicky go above and beyond. When we informed them that a coffee pot would not work they delivered a brand new one right away. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We really enjoyed our stay!

Accommodating Owners

I have family in Englewood and have visited here for most of my life. I've stayed at this condo complex before. It is a very convenient location to my family and to the beach. This unit is remodeled and, although it is the same layout, it looks so much nicer than others in the complex. Also, the owners were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating even when I changed my travel dates due to COVID issues. I would recommend.

Cute and clean Condo

Everything was exactly as shown and described in the listing. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated with new linens and great comfortable mattresses. In addition, Diane and her husband were thoughtful, available and easy to work with. The condo is close to two major grocery stores, bus line and restaurants. 6 minutes to the beach. Go to the Englewood farmers market on Tuesdays!

Close to everything we wanted!

Our goal was to be at the beaches, so Gary and Vicky’s condo is close to everything. Only a couple of miles in one direction or another and we were at whichever beach we chose. Also close to great restaurants and ice cream at A Better Scoop on 70 S Indiana Ave. Their place is also a convenient “middle” spot between trips to Sarasota and Boca Grande to experience shopping, beaches and good restaurants there. It’s was the perfect space to land. There is some daytime road traffic, BUT it isn’t noticeable at night! Thank you, Gary and Vicky, for a lovely visit.

Super Surprised!

This place is great. It is best for adults only but we did have a couple of small girls with us on our 4 Generation trip. Every one in the neighborhood was so kind. We worked really hard to have our girls behave. So many times people told us they were very good and it was nice having them there. The house is impeccable. Clean as a whistle and anything u think u need is there. Even a blender 😉. The pool for the community is warm and fun fun fun. U are so close to beach and even closer to stores for anything u need. This was our first experience renting an Vrbo and we were so grateful to find this place!!! We are super hosts ourselves and have an Vrbo in Chattanooga, so it was wonderful being the customer for once. I thought I was the best in taking care of my customers but Vickie topped me!!! I can learn from her. It was a business trip so we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities that the condo offered. We left early and came home late but it was very refreshing to come to a relaxing place. She definitely is on top of her game. We will stay with her again! Everything was very clean and they are exceptional host. You must stay here if you get a chance. ❤️
