Bring Your Boat to Oyster Creek

Relaxed living in a newly updated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath townhome style condo with a community pool, located minutes from Manasota Key, gulf beaches and Boca Grande.

This property is walking distance to Coffee and Friends Breakfast Restaurant and Ken and Barb's which features lunch and dinner. It is also a short drive to Manasota Beach. Along with a breakfast bar, the kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and all you'll need to enjoy everyday living. There is a shared dining room and living room space which features a large flat screen TV, 2 couches and seating for 6 at the dining table. The large sliding glass doors open up to a screened in patio overlooking a neighboring condo's pool and dockage. You can also see the pool area for this condo which sits at the end of a short boardwalk. The first floor has a full bath and the first of 3 Bedrooms featuring a Queen sized bed, closet, dresser and flat screen TV.

Upstairs, there is the Master Bedroom with a King sized bed, dresser, 2 closets a large flat screen TV and a small sitting area. The second full Bathroom on the second floor which is shared with the Third Bedroom. The third Bedroom is accessed through the Master Bedroom but is private. The third Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, Armoire and closet. This room also has a Flat Screen TV.

The unit has a one car garage and two parking spaces. Through the garage is a "Man Cave" bar area. There is a sofa bed couch, bar, TV with an Xbox gaming system (a few games) and a blue tooth speaker. Through the Man Cave is another sliding glass door which opens to a patio and the boardwalk that leads to the pool/outdoor grilling area for the community.

We also have an elevator that goes to the first floor from the garage.

If you have a boat under 25', you have the opportunity to dock it in one of the first come first serve docks. There is also a kayak launch or easy access for paddleboading.

A background check is required for the association which is $100.

Lovely Condo in Grove City

Clean, well-decorated and well-furnished condo. Kitchen has a good amount of dishes and pots and pans. New rental so no spices (renters tend to leave them). If you plan to cook in, bring your own. Friendly neighbors. Invited us to Thirsty Thursdays. Great location for fitness enthusiasts. Walking and bike trails close by. Lap pool close by too as well. Beach is 10 to 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Owners were extremely responsive. Highly recommend.
