3 bedroom 3 bath house with private heated screened pool on a quiet cul de sac

  • 2300 sq ft home 3 car garage with covered lani with a screened in solar heated pool and large fenced in private back yard. Ten minutes to the beach, walk to restaurants and grocery store. Vaulted ceiling living room with 65 in flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace, triple slider to large Lanai with furniture and 50 in flat screen TV and heated pool. 3 full bathrooms with oversized walk in showers and one with a jetted tub. Master has a sitting area with 50 in TV and 2 walk in closets and a double slider to the Lanai. Kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances, dining area with double slider to pool and a pool table in the game room. New washer and dryer and gas grill located just out of pool area.
    Home is fully furnished and includes all utilities cable and internet. $1,000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit if home is left in same clean condition as upon move in and with no damages. Pets and short term rentals will be considered and this is a Non-smoking property.
