"We had a great time here at this property! Less than a mile walk to all the restaurants (Sandbar is GREAT), and the beach is literally the next street over. The only problem we had was getting automatically locked out of our rental a handful of times because the keypad was very fussy but hopefully that's an isolated incident. There's an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and they also provide basic cooking needs like silverware, knives, pots & pans, cutting boards, etc. Basic spices are provided but salt, pepper and oil are not so if you plan on cooking definitely bring your own.We'll definitely be back! "

"We had a wonderful time staying here! Two families, with a total of 6 kids ages 11- 16. The location was ideal. My husband was able to put our pontoon boat in at the public boat ramp about 4 miles away and then keep it at the dock for our stay. Walking to the beach was a breeze- just a few minutes down the road. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We were also able to walk a few blocks to waterfront restaurant for dinner. Publix not far away so we were able to make a quick grocery run for breakfast and lunch supplies. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen has necessary supplies as long as you are not planning to do any major cooking and although it sleeps 17, there was not a huge supply of dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. Paper plates were good to have on hand. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer available as well as lots of beach towels, chairs, etc. Kayaks and paddle boards were great and the kids launched them right from the backyard/dock. We are already planning on staying here again next summer!"
