"Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. "The space was large with several view windows, and the view was overlooking the plaza and church bells. The location was excellent although it was difficult to find when we arrived at the plaza. The check in instructions were clear although it felt strange to let ourselves in without speaking to a receptionist. We didn’t see anyone for a day or so, except for a housekeeper who was very sweet. I felt that the bedcover was soiled. I didn’t want to use it so I looked around in drawers and found a clean pressed white sheet that I triple sheeted the bed in; that felt better. I thought I might be charged for it but so far I have not been. Room service was provided, we received clean towels etc. "

"Great parking on property and the staff is incredibly helpful with whatever is needed. Only downside was my room was in a weird spot where i have to take stairs to get to the elevator which resulted in myself carrying all luggage out of the room up a flight of stairs. Short walk to centre and a great location across from a beautiful park. "
