"I was given a second room after raising concerns about the first, but unfortunately the second room was even worse. Both rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and had stained sheets. I left immediately and did not stay overnight. I ended up driving 6 minutes to Spark by Hilton Wilkes-Barre and booking another room at 2 AM. The refusal to provide a refund after this experience was extremely disappointing."

"Beautiful building and friendly staff but our room AC unit was very loud."

"A basic room for the night. Price was good but no place to sit in a single bed room. Must always ask for two beds unless you want to watch TV from bed...I don't! The puff that served a a blanket was very short....not good for 2 people in a Queen bed. Breakfast was very good for a continental. Staff tried hard to accommodate."

"Evening staff was awesome..... Woke up and realized I had slept in a bed that had not had the sheets changed and apparently a dog had slept in it..... Gave me the heebie jeebies..... But they fully refunded my stay. So for that I am grateful"

"They gave us wrong access code to the room. Had to wait quite a time for someone to open the door. We arrived late at night,very tired. The staff didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. He acted like we entered wrong number and when I show the code that I received, he said it is not his fault, it is their fault. I don't know who the 'they'. He had very annoyed attitude toward us. We didn't cause any trouble."
