"This was our second stay. The first was in the champagne tower suite. This stay we had the heart shaped hot tub suite. Surprisingly the 2nd stay was better than the first. I’ve always wanted to stay in one with the champagne tower, and it was nice, but the heart shaped hot tub was actually more comfortable and we spent a lot more time in it than the champagne tower. "

"We had an issue with our room and Kim was able to quickly address the issue and offer us complimentary food and drinks for our troubles. The hotel itself is in a great location and was close to everything. We were there to take “The Office Self Guided Tour” and the location of the hotel is perfect for all of the sites. "

"The room was exceptional, as always. However check in , was a bit disappointing, there were 2 men working the check in desk, we were told to step over to the second man for help, he mumbled something and handes us the room key , we looked on the card for the room number. Then at 4am my husband woke to a room door repeatedly banging from next door to I us and yelling..I love this hotel z we've been staying here when in town the last several years , but th service seems to be declined,not sure why . The check out staff was opposite of the check in staff , asked how the stay was. Was pleasant, etc... we didn't complain as what can they do ? "
